Lifting the Swimming Ban on D.C.'s Rivers

D.C.'s swimming ban on the Potomac and Anacostia rivers has existed for decades, but after millions of dollars have been poured into cleaning up the waterways, officials and experts have said the ban could be lifted within the next five years.
